Closing in November 2025, Katy Pointe is a 210-unit build-to-rent (BTR) duplex community co-developed by Zeller and RSK Partners. Located on a 17.2-acre site in Katy, Texas, one of the fastest-growing submarkets in the Houston metropolitan area, Katy Pointe marks Zeller’s inaugural U.S. build-to-rent development.

The community offers a mix of two- and three-bedroom duplex homes averaging approximately 1,437 square feet, each designed with high-end finishes, attached garages, and feature-rich layouts tailored to today’s renters seeking the space and privacy of a single-family home.
