Paul Zeller

He combines an extensive background in commercial real estate development, finance, asset management and operations management, with substantial experience as an owner/investor/operator of commercial income property. Paul is active in all aspects of Zeller’s business and leads a strong group of experienced professionals committed to his philosophy regarding investment, management and operations. Since inception, Zeller has invested in and/or managed a portfolio of over 20 million square feet of office and 568 ground up multifamily units compromising 52 properties and has delivered strong returns for its partners and co-inventors by providing best-in-class service to enhance value. Currently, Zeller owns and manages a portfolio of nearly 10 million square feet valued at $2.5 billion.
Prior to founding Zeller, Paul was a General Partner/Stockholder in The John Buck Company and was involved in development of over four million sf of high-rise office property, and as a Founding Stockholder of Buck Investment Company, a hotel portfolio of over 1,200 rooms. Prior to that Paul was a Vice President of The First National Bank of Chicago.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a BBA in Finance and a MS in Real Estate Development and Urban Land Economics under Professor James A. Graaskamp. He is a visiting lecturer at the University of Chicago Booth and Northwestern University Schools of Business. Paul is a licensed real estate managing broker in Illinois and Indiana, a full member of The Urban Land Institute, The Land Economics Society Lambda Alpha International, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, past Chairman of the Board of the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts, past Board member of the Chicago International Film Festival, a Cornerstone Member of the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association and past Chairman of the Chicago Chapter of the National Eagle Scout Association.

As CEO, Christopher leads the senior management team and is a driving force behind initiatives aimed at fostering innovation, sustainability, and technological advancement within Zeller. He plays a pivotal role within the firm by spearheading and managing relationships with a wide array of institutional and private capital partners, lenders, and joint venture collaborators. His expertise lies in cultivating these connections to support Zeller’s strategic goals and initiatives.
Since joining Zeller in 2013, Christopher has held key positions including President of Zeller Realty Corporation and Director of Asset Management. In these roles, he has been deeply engaged in all aspects of the investment continuum from financing, equity sourcing and transaction structuring of acquisitions; through oversight of asset management and execution of the business plan; to disposition. He’s played a central role in shaping the overarching direction and management of the Zeller portfolio, while developing vital relationships with both debt and equity partners.
Prior to joining Zeller, Christopher worked for Ares Management as a Senior Associate in their Senior Debt Originations Group. He was an integral part of an originations team responsible for vetting potential debt and mezzanine transactions, underwriting, due diligence and closing on various debt transactions. Christopher was also an Associate Director in the Credit & Underwriting Group at Wrightwood Capital LLC, a middle market lender on value-add real estate transactions throughout the U.S. He was responsible for valuation, market research and due diligence process on Wrightwood’s equity, subordinated debt and senior structured debt investments. Christopher also served four years in the United States Air Force’s Space Program as a mission manager for the launch of military and NASA satellites.
Christopher is a graduate of the University of Iowa in Iowa City, where he earned a BA in Finance. He earned an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Christopher is an active member of Chicago Real Estate Private Equity (CREPE) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM).
Tristan Glover

He currently serves as Principal and Market Leader for the Indiana region, where he oversees operations, leasing, marketing, and acquisition efforts for more than 1 million square feet of office space in Indianapolis. Over the course of his career with Zeller, Tristan has been involved in the leasing, marketing, and acquisition of more than 6 million square feet of commercial real estate across the Indianapolis and Denver markets.
As Market Leader, Tristan has guided the transformation of Zeller’s Indianapolis portfolio, repositioning traditional assets to meet the needs of today’s workforce. Before assuming leadership in Indiana, he played a key role in expanding Zeller’s presence in Denver.
Tristan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University and is a licensed Managing Broker in the State of Indiana. In 2016, he was recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as one of the city’s “40 Under 40.”
He is actively involved in the real estate industry as a member of BOMA Indiana, where he serves on the Advisory Committee and has held leadership positions including President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer.

Janice Goldsmith

She brings extensive expertise spanning large-scale mixed-use projects, luxury multifamily communities, and complex repositioning initiatives in major markets nationwide.
Her development experience includes a 2.7 million-square-foot mixed-use project on Chicago’s Michigan Avenue and luxury multifamily developments in both Chicago and Atlanta. She has led transformative redevelopment projects such as the comprehensive renovation of The Wrigley Building in Chicago, the integration of the Apple Flagship Store at 401 North Michigan, and the repositioning of landmark properties including 100 Peachtree and Resurgens Plaza in Atlanta and Capital Center in Indianapolis.
Jan has also overseen numerous governmental agreements critical to successful development, including City of Chicago Landmark Designations, Class L Property Tax Incentives, Federal Historic Tax Credits, and the reconstruction of the City-owned Wrigley Plaza.
An honors graduate of the University of Illinois, Jan has completed advanced studies at the University of Chicago’s MBA program. Before his move to Principal, Steve was a Senior Property Manager at Zeller, handling physical operation and financial performance for properties in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to joining Zeller, Steve was a Property Manager with Heitman Properties, Ltd. managing a variety of properties in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market.
Steve is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he earned a BS in Business Administration. Steve is a past president of BOMA Greater Minneapolis and a member of IREM, NAIOP, the Minneapolis Downtown Council and Skyway Advisory Board.

Prior to her role at Zeller, Courtni was a General Manager for Women’s Workout & Wellness where she was responsible for all club operations and HR matters including interviewing, hiring, training, payroll and scheduling. In addition, Courtni was responsible for customer retention, networking and organizing customer events.
Courtni is a graduate of DePaul University, where she earned a BA in Human Resources. She also holds a PHR designation from HRCI and is a Birkman Certified Consultant
Chrissy Jensen

Chrissy works closely with the senior management team to support the oversight of marketing for the overall Zeller Portfolio.
Prior to joining Zeller, Chrissy worked for Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) as a Regional Marketing Manager in the Chicago office, focusing on property and business development marketing and communications. Chrissy was also a Regional Marketing Manager at Turner Construction Company in the Phoenix, Southern California, Northern California and Las Vegas markets. She helped secure over $10 billion worth of business during her tenure with the company. She began her career at CBRE as a marketing specialist with its Institutional Investment Group in the Chicago office.
Chrissy earned her BS degree in information technology and marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Robert Lee, CPA

In this role, he oversees the company’s accounting cycle and ensures accuracy and transparency across all financial operations. Over the course of his tenure, Robert has performed audit and accounting functions for all Zeller assets, established third-party accounting relationships with leading institutional partners such as ING, INVESCO, Carval, Westminster Funds, and American Express, and managed accounting and payroll for Zeller’s entire portfolio.
Prior to joining Zeller, Robert was Controller with TB & Z Realty and Management Corporation and its subsidiaries. During his five years there, he was responsible for monthly and year-end accounting and financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of partnerships spanning office, retail, and industrial properties.
Robert is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, where he earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance. He is a licensed CPA in Illinois and an active member of the Illinois CPA Society.
Howard Meyer

Executive Vice PresidentHoward Meyer joined Zeller in 2012 and serves as Executive Vice President, overseeing the marketing and leasing of the firm’s 3.4 million-square-foot Chicago portfolio. In this role, he leads Zeller’s brokerage teams and is responsible for the recruitment, development, and success of Chicago-area landlord leasing professionals. Since joining Zeller, Howard and his team have negotiated more than 700 leases totaling 4.6 million square feet and $1.3 billion in value. He also played a key role in the acquisition and disposition efforts of office space in Chicago.
Prior to joining Zeller, Howard held senior leadership roles with several of Chicago’s prominent real estate firms. He served as Senior Vice President at The John Buck Company, Senior Vice President and Director of Property Leasing for U.S. Equities Realty, Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company, and began his career as an Associate at Dean Topping and Company.
Howard is a six-time finalist for the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s Commercial Real Estate Awards Property Representative of the Year and was honored with the Special Achievement of the Year Award in 2017 for his work on the Apple Flagship Store at Pioneer Court. He serves as a Board Member of the Magnificent Mile Association, is an active member of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA), where he previously served as Board President and on the Advisory Board, and is also Board President for Tutoring Chicago.

Jeremy Oremland

As Principal, Multifamily Development, Jeremy is responsible for leading Zeller’s multifamily development in coordination with the acquisitions, capital markets, and construction & development teams. Partnering with Zeller’s national market leaders, Jeremy helps identify and cultivate multifamily, mixed-use and adaptive reuse deals, as well as coordinate with co-GP partners on current and future developments.
Prior to joining Zeller, Jeremy held the position of Senior Vice President at Magellan Development Group, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and executing on residential, retail, hospitality, office, and mixed-use developments nationwide. He played an integral role in expanding Magellan’s portfolio both in Chicago and nationwide with projects including the 28-acre Lakeshore East master-planned, mixed-use community in downtown Chicago and the redevelopment of a 15-acre master-planned, mixed-use site in the Union Square neighborhood of Somerville, MA. Other representative projects included high-rise developments in Austin, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville and Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Jeremy has also served as a consultant for Inland Real Estate Group, and as a financial analyst for the Community Development Trust and Marcus & Millichap.
Jeremy holds a master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rochester. Jeremy is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and a member of Urban Land Institute.
Santiago Vazquez

A 15-year Zeller veteran, he plays a pivotal role in all aspects of the firm’s investment platform, including capital formation, investor relations, sourcing equity and debt, and structuring complex acquisitions and dispositions. Santiago also spearheads the development and execution of asset-level business plans and has significantly expanded Zeller’s network of limited partner investors.
In addition to his leadership at ZellerIM, Santiago is the co-founder and Managing Principal of Lares Capital, a Zeller subsidiary based in Mexico. Under his direction, Lares Capital focuses on providing high-quality, accessible residential solutions for the underserved Mexican middle class, guided by a disciplined investment and risk management framework.
Santiago holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mark Vollbrecht

He holds the Managing Broker License for Zeller in the State of Georgia. Based in Atlanta, Mark oversees Zeller’s regional office portfolio, which includes 100 Peachtree, Resurgens Plaza, and Premier Plaza. He also championed the co-development of EMMI, a 325-unit luxury multifamily tower in Midtown Atlanta in partnership with JPXWorks and Manulife.
Throughout his tenure, Mark has been directly involved in property and note acquisitions, capital sourcing and structuring, property operations, leasing, and dispositions across multiple markets. Prior to opening Zeller’s Atlanta office in 2017, he served as Market Leader in both Chicago and Indianapolis. He has also acted as a Court Appointed Receiver on behalf of institutional clients at Zeller and his previous firm.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he earned a B.A. in Economics with honors coursework in Math, Chemistry, and English.
He is actively involved in the Atlanta community and commercial real estate industry, serving as a Board Member of Central Atlanta Progress (CAP) and on its Executive Committee, as well as on the Advisory Boards for Georgia Tech’s College of Design and Georgia State University’s Rialto Center for the Arts. Mark also serves on the Board and Development Committee of the Atlanta-Fulton County Public Library Foundation and is a full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and ULI Atlanta’s Livable Community Council.

Brian Welker

He oversees the underwriting and acquisition of new investment opportunities while also providing ongoing analysis for existing assets across Zeller’s portfolio.
Brian leads the underwriting and analytical efforts for several of Zeller’s assets, including 3400 at CityLine, SRS Distribution Headquarters, Benefitfocus Headquarters, and The Wrigley Building. In addition to his underwriting responsibilities, he serves as Asset Manager for The Wrigley Building, where he manages both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of this iconic property.
Prior to joining Zeller, Brian was a Senior Financial Analyst with Realogic Analytics, where he provided financial analysis across multiple asset classes—including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily—throughout the investment life cycle from acquisition to disposition.
Brian earned a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University. He is actively involved in his community, volunteering with the Chicago Gastro-Intestinal Research Foundation, where he supports the organization’s annual fundraising Ball, and with St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church through the Lincoln Square Greek Fest.
Sam Zeller

COOSam Zeller joined Zeller in 2013. He serves as Chief Operating Officer of Zeller and coordinates the company’s growth into Multifamily in addition to managing the firm’s vertically integrated structure.
Sam began his career at Zeller as the Director of Design and was responsible for design assessment and product/market fit for all capital improvements and acquisitions, as well as the coordination and selection of construction and design teams. During that time, he was responsible for the concourse redevelopment for 401 North Michigan Avenue and led repositioning efforts at 311 South Wacker, Fifth Street Towers, LaSalle Plaza, Capital Center and Umpqua Bank Plaza. Before joining Zeller, Sam practiced with Goettsch Partners and was active on projects from concept through construction with John Ronan Architects.
Sam received a BA in English Literature at the University of Pennsylvania; a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
