Riverwood Corporate Centers I and III, located within the Riverwood Business Park, are sophisticated Class-A office buildings within a beautiful park-like setting in the heart of Pewaukee, Wisconsin. All suites within both Riverwood Corporate Centers I and III have efficient floorplates with large glass windows that allow for views of nature and the surrounding Riverwood Corporate Center Business Park. The suites are supplemented by spacious lobbies in the buildings that are luxuriously designed with granite and maple wood millwork.
Riverwood Amenities
Building amenities, available to tenants at both buildings, include a large conference and training room, well-equipped kitchen, tenant lounges and free membership to the fully-equipped fitness center. Additionally, each building has free surface parking and reserved, heated underground parking available for tenants. Private patio areas with new furniture are also featured so tenants can take advantage of the beautiful park-like settings.

Office buildings can produce a large amount waste, so reducing that waste through annual e-waste recycling drives, recycling programs, and construction waste management plans are a few of the steps we take to ensure we are doing our part.

As we continue to celebrate Black History Month, this day 112 years ago is a very important one to acknowledge. On 2/12/1909 the NAACP was founded in response to ongoing racial violence across the country and works to ensure equality of rights to all citizens and eliminate racial prejudice and discrimination based on race. Today the NAACP is the largest civil rights organization in the nation with over 2,200 branches across the US!
